Probably "A Moratorium," since it's cheaper, is easier to find, and, given its newness, will probably be discussed more now by fellow students, profs, etc. (A bonus: it's small so can fit in your pocket!) The Spatial Agency website should be helpful for you as well, since it's basically much of the book in digital form.
I just bought the Rapuano book. Full of plans, drawings, photographs, as well as images of promotional material and ephemera, my particular fetish. Thanks for showing it.
