Architecture Book News:
John J. Parman looks at some books from the 1960s and 70s to see if they "shed light on current issues of adding density in urban contexts."
“Books on golf course architecture are tremendously popular,” according to Topping & Company Booksellers in St. Andrews, where the Open Championship is taking place July 14–17. Bestsellers there include Tom Doak’s Little Red Book of Golf Course Architecture and Paul Daley’s multi-volume series on worldwide Golf Architecture.
“6 Must-Have Soviet Architecture Books for Your Coffee Table” on the blog of Megan & Aram, including Soviet Metro Stations, which I reviewed a few years ago.
